It was really good movie (watched it just last night lol). The slow motion scenes really tripped me out like they did in Cross of Iron.

One buddy of mine told me the toughest mofo he ever knew was an old school 7th day adventist. I now understand why.

Yea amazing film that was how you find that? I hardly skip any movie related to WW1 and WW2.

It was really good movie (watched it just last night lol). The slow motion scenes really tripped me out like they did in Cross of Iron.

Yup that part really struck me (both in the movie and the ending epilogue). This movie was suggested some weeks ago by a friend of mine...he rarely suggests movies so I knew it would be something quite special.

Sometimes you only truly get what courage is, when those saved by courageous action....later have children who later have children and so on....and some of course themselves go on to do great courageous or other noble virtuous deeds....and you realise how many more lives were truly saved and created by a silent dedicated courage of just one person at the start of the chain.

It is one of the reasons that help me keep faith in humanity (when I have temporarily lost it)...courage is the most noble virtue, a very rare gift from almighty but also the most powerful one.

I hope it will always be there when god's children find themselves in misery and fear... for it along with hope picks us up from our darkest valleys like nothing else.
