Engine, Radar, Armaments, Avionics, Range?
Or is it ditto similar to F5 as its shape suggests?
Cant find much details of Kowsar on Internet

Engine: Owj a reversed engineered J85 engine
Radar: similar to Chinese KLJ-6F/E or Israelis ELC-2032M
Avionics: a fourth generation avionics you can see it at my previous post
Range:Radar range 80km
Armaments: possibly AiM-9 and 7 and possibly R-73 if it has helmet targeting system

Acc to JCPOA and UNSC resolution 2231, all combat aircrafts, tanks, IFV, large calibre artillery, big combat ships until October 2020 can be delivered to Iran only with preliminary UNSC permission. This means an effective ban until October 2020, since the US is blocking any such attempts in UNSC.
