Why would that judge be punished? He collected donations, and all that money is sitting in a trust. That money was not siphoned off by the judge, he still resides in Pakistan and has no property abroad.

Publicly elected leaders need to be above suspicion, after all they take oath and sit on top of the treasury that collects taxes from hardworking citizens. If the Ex Prime Minister cannot answer how he was able to purchase these properties when he was in fact sitting in Public Office, and then submits fake deeds and affidavits, he has to be punished for his actions. This is another attempt by the Indian side to whitewash their own failures.

All the points made in the talk are being thrown around for a layperson to get impressed with the jargon and you can clearly see the host getting overly impressed with no counter questions/points. The reality is that PAF has a confirmed kill and a solid claim against their second aircraft. IAF has no way to walk back from admitting that they lost Abhinandan and also possibly the MKI. The only face saving is now being done by claiming they shot down an F-16.

Had two Pakistani pilots parachuted in AK, its guaranteed that there would be pictures and video of this. Secondly, the locals would have just surrounded the pilots and asked them to recite the kalma or some other scripture before thrashing and eventually killing them as is being claimed idiotically by the Indian propaganda.

On any given day, within AK, there are multiple Pakistani army units operating. They reported on the same single Indian pilot shotdown through their reporting channels within their units talking about capturing an Indian pilot and that is what the DG-ISPR reported and the reason for the claims that we have two of the Indian pilots. If Pakistan lost a 2 seater then why not 3 pilots (plus Abhinandan) total killed or captured? The propaganda on the Indian side does not stand to logic. DGISPR mentioned custody and treatment of the pilot(s), Abhinandad was first captured and then treated at the hospital after being recovered.

Secondly, had Pakistan lost any civilians in the Indian strike the day before, the Indian Bde HQ would be history because Pakistan will not just warn, Pakistan will shed blood. No amount of Indian grandstanding (that Pakistanis missed their targets with 3 LGBs) can hide this reality. The Indians can claim incompetence on the part of the PAF because that is the only out for them. They have nothing of FACT to make the case against the PAF which came the second day and did what it planned to despite IAF's preparedness.

I agree, the judge has no business collecting funds but when the elective government fails to do such an important task, someone else will step to fill the power vacuum. I like how you backtracked from your claim of how the judge should be punished to how the judge has no business haha nice try.

The current Government is not submitting fake affidavits and deeds in the court of law. In my opinion, the Sharif Family got off really light as they deserved a much harsher punishment.
