Modi thought that he could win the battle and show case the victory for his re-election bid but Indians lost the battle miserably.

It is just that Rafale deliveries did not start when the Operation Swift Retort happened on 27th Feb, 2019.

India received their first batch of Rafales in India on 29th Jul, 2020.

What that mean?
