China and India will Run the islamic law in their country

1) justify an invasion into the Middle East - :o:

"Justify". Not actually invade, like other countries keep doing without any rhyme or reason.

2) Malaysia and Indonesia will need India - :undecided:
3) Muslims African countries will want good relations with India - :-)
4) Who cares about them - :coffee:
5) Indian Muslims will get tremendous power over the decisions of other Muslim countries - :pop:

:close_tema:

Everything else, that's how it's gonna play out.

I dont understand one thing how hindu will decide the bill of islamic sharia of triple talaq which is not their portfolio of religion

And china want to compitable islam which is in itself is complete

Why not let muslims follow freely tgeir religion than imposing one on them by man made islam

I think this shoukd be stoped it is not matter of govt and countries to dictate a law which is tried and tested china better of look loop holes in their religion and indians should look first themselves
Its actually not hard to understand.
Each nation gives a certain rights to all citizens. Right to life and liberty. If any religion is counter to that right, the religion has to make amends not the law of the nation.

India and China should uphold liberty as a core principle, emphasising freedom of choice, voluntary association and individual judgement.

Urgent consideration needs to be given to the concern of the individual rights vs. state authority and how to restrict this relationship to an absolute minimum in which the state can function and provide basic services and securities without excessively interfering in the lives of its citizens.

Rights of people, theoretically, are not inherited from the state. In fact, rights of the state are inherited from the people. There are certain inalienable rights. You should read the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Law_of_Nations that is the foundation for modern civilisation.

There is a lot of difference between India and China when it comes to freedom of religion, choice, and judgement. This thread simply is started by someone who just can't digest the fact the Supreme Court has taken a stand on Muslim personal law and he can't really say anything about it since almost all the Islamic nations have banned the practice. Fun to see more such vague comments without discussing the issue at hand. Liberty, freedom of choice huh!
