    It's capabilities are a little, low. Even compared to our first generation of UAVs. Mohajer 2 has better capabilities than this. I think this is a cheap civilian project to find mining sites, forest fires and traffic control.

    You're completely right. HM-41's range is 22 km for normal shells in fact. But I think that 20 km is because of loss of energy by movable fins.
