Your impression is not correct, and PAF history is there as a proof. In both wars, it went on offensive as much as it can.

There are two sides to plans/operations. Strategical and tactical, the two strike corps you mentioned of Pakistan army with past plans actually meant a strategically defensive while tactically offensive operations, the same was the case for PAF.

I am saying they cant in current scenario, PAF ridiculously outnumbered and outgunned by IAF and gap is increasing exponentially
unlike navy subs that can sneak into enemy areas or army strategic strike cores PAF doesnt has anything.
i personally believe that any full scale encounter b/w Pakistan and india would start and probably end with two air forces very quickly.

a small air force can wreck havoc on multiple armored cores due to its cluster ammunition and long stand off GPS/laser guided bombs, a single aircraft with precision guided ammunition can do more damage than full loaded squadron back in 70-90s

i can be completely wrong here,
from how things look(lack of procurement in PAF with multiple procurement going on in pak army) , it seem pak army is very confident regarding current PAF

That is an assumption, we have never seen that happening or not happening, we have never seen two nuclear armed countries go to war. the problem with India-Pakistan scenario is extreme paranoia, extreme distrust, and absolute hate for each other and being next-door neighbours with very little reaction time, no one would be in a position to exercise restrain, it would be a matter of survival or death, who fires first and most would have a better chance of survival. That is why I am totally against our strategy/doctrine of using tactical nukes to stop invading armoured columns, because that would invite a response and that is a failed strategy. Once we decide we have to use tactical nukes we MUST be prepared to fire a fist salvo of a minimum of 200 strategic nukes on all their 1st line targets.

You don't slap the opponent and wait for his response to decide whether to punch or not. Once you decided to have a go start with a knee and then don't stop until he is down and out. War is not a game of chess anymore, it's all out till one is out for good.

Well if you are baiting me, that I disclose how PA plans to react to a cold start attack, that will not happen.

As far as the TNW go, it makes the opponents control of enemy territory, not only difficult, but next to impossible. In a world, where the top 5 powers (besides a few smaller countries), know what the yield of an explosion is, it is very difficult for anyone (unless a retard), to misconstrue a TNW in to anything else. Plus, if they enemy is not expecting TNW's to be deployed, then they need their head checked, for e.g. any invading army knows, land mines will be encountered, same goes for TNW in Pakistan's case.

Pakistan's 2nd strike capability, and mobile TEL's, provide a very effective deterrent to anyone who is thinking of using high yield BM's. That would then definitely trigger M.A.D. So the justification of using high yield nukes, in response to TNW, does not hold water.

Navy Officers and enlisted men died that day---when the Atlantique got shot down by the indians---.

Because it was NAVY aircraft---the PAF did not give a sh-it about it and the dead men---.

If it was me---I would be having sleepless nights---and I would have prepared my team of procurements---to keep the schedule ready for a preffered aircraft the day we would be able to buy one---.

That is what is like a stab thru my heart---these criminals in the Paf had no plans---to go for the aircraft when the first opportunity arrived---. 16 years have passed since 9 / 11---and they have nothing to show.
