Mera khyal hai..ke he was himself undecided at tht time..ke exactky karna kia hai...and maybe some other judges too.. I think except pakora and advocate..who were sure from day 1 tht they have to save Nawaz sharif by hook and crook...others needed some time..to have a look at everything...all over again.... Jaisy sunn rahay hain ke Justice Ijazul Ahsan was undecided till the last few days...

I mean Justice Khosa ko ye tu andaza hoga hi...ke unhon ne Nawaz Sharif ke against judgment hi deni hai...lekin exactly kahan tak jaana hai? Ye baad main beth kar socha hoga...ke disqualofication direct kardeni hai... I think sab se pehle Justice Khosa aur Advocate ne apni apni judgments decide ki hongi...uske baad baqi logon ne parh kar socha hoga shayad ..ke kis side par jana hai

Aur ye jo judgment itni delay hui hai...i think initially Justice Khosa must have tried to convince some other judges too...on his verdict... Aur aap bhi keh rahay hain ke one judge most probably Justice Ijazul Ahsan was confused till the last few days... Baad main jab Justice Khosa ne dekh liya hoga ke aisa nahi hosakta....tht he cant convince others....then he would have said....tht let it be..ke theek hai...jo marzi karein....

I think...there was no way..tht Justice Khosa could have give short order on last day of hearing... It wasnt possible...

Lekin inn 50+ days main kiya kiya hua hai? Kis kis ko bribe karnay ki koshish ki gayi? Ye pata chalna chahye.. I think jab Justice Khosa ko aisi cheezein pata chalni shuru hui hongi...then maybe he lost his temper..and hence the harsh and sarcastic tone in his judgment... Aur tab hi shayad resign karnay ka socha ho.. Lekin phir socha hoga shayad ke iss tarah tu meri apni credibility doubtful hojayegi... So he would have decided....ke ok..lets expose this mafia family..and then through his remarks..he made sure..tht his minority judgment is more talked abt and discussed everywhere rather than the main judgment



Monotoring bench of JIT will be a new one..

However there is still some confusion..tht after JIT completes its work..will it come before the same panama bench..tht has heard this case, till now???

Justice Wajihuddin says tht after JIT completes its work..it will come before the same pnama bench..however mostly ppl think otherwise.ll

I think..unless and until...its a legal requirement...Justice Khosa and Gulzar will try their best..not to become part of tht bench...which will finally hear the acse again agter JIT's work is finished.. Because they have already given their verdict in favor of Nawaz Sharif's disqualification..and criminal proceedings to be started.. Their verdict is oublicly known now... So what will they..do in the bench..latera. S i think they will excuse themselves from being part of this case again..and this was my opinion..even before this resignation story came up..

However if its a legal requirement tht this same bench will hear the case..afer JIT is done..yes..then they will be there..otherwise I am not much hopeful of these two being in the bench after JIT's findings..

The verdict seems incomplete .... bashing of investigative institutions yet no directions given, many points are missing about which observations were given !!

I think it could be coincidence too... Now patwaris saying tht he plagiarised?... Poori judgment main inhein 2 lines hi mili theen..plagiraise karnay ke liye???? Pata nahi...kia kia cheezein uthaa kar le aatay hain.. Justice Khosa ki tu almost har judment main literary references hotay hain... Yousuf Raza Gilani walai judment main bhi Pity the nation thee..and he even made some of his own additions in tht.......Waisy bhi patwaris...3 days se kabhi inki rishtedariyan nikaal rahay hain..kabhi kich... Kisi ne tu ye bhi keh diya..ke his son is a counsellr in PTI.. SC ki website par info dekhein..tu he has no son at all

I hope so too... I also desperately want Justice Qazi Faiz Isa in the new bench..... He is one another very honorable judge...who challenges ppl at the top.. Have much respect for him too

According to sabir shakir, ishaq dar approached justice khosa's brother and when when his brother landed at the airport, khosa phoned him through his wife and has was told that he cannot meet khosa until panama case is over... pmln must have tried many other ways as well but khosa is a true muslim it seems... aA lot of news in circulation that justice ijaz ul ahsan was bribed heavily and so he seccumed but we will have to wait for a few more months to know the real truth...keeping everything aside, right now ,the main concern for me is that even if a jaati-umra-investigation team consisting of honest men ,which is highly unlikely(.001 well .01 percent :p),comes into bieng,will it be able to complete the investigation in 2 months?? Nawaz had a heart problem earlier and what if he has hemmeroids now , in the coming days?... if any one has heard the complete audio of justice khosa announcing the verdict , he says in his opening sentence that i may not be fluent in reading this since it has been written by my enlightened brother j aijaz afzal.so aijaz afzal may have convinced aijaz ahsan and he is the one who ,IMHO ,provided a safe way to NS through this jit..and the questions drafted by him are so lame..so on all this shit ,one can only lament ... Is shehr e aseb mai ankhen nhi hai kafi ulta latko gai to seedha nazar aega

Dont know abt Justice Maqbool Baqir........but Justice Baqir Najfi , who wrote the report of judicial commission on model town, could be another good choice too.. He implocated Shahbaz Sharif..thts the reason..tht report has never been published

I have been thinking about this verdict for the last three days and so far reached following conclusions:

1. The disqualification was very easy, given the amount of material judges had. If there is a split verdict, which is on DISQULIFICATION ONLY, then there has to be a more than legal / judicial reason.
2. In my view, the reason is political. One should not forget that NS is a leader of a political party and has the potential to create mayhem in the country (even if that the mayhem can be curtailed after much effort - keep this in the background of current Zarb-e-Azab and Raddul-fasad, where the forces are already stretched). The intelligence agencies must have had heard some whispering and murmuring.
3. Hence, the best outcome can be that NS is made to implode, rather than that he explodes.
4. The implosion is that he resigns.
5. The JIT can interrogate him and his sons and show the evidence they have, IK can thunder in every city, the media can humiliate him.
6. He has been weakened already and will weaken further in the next 60 days.
7. After the 60-days even if he chooses not to resign, he can be fired with very little political hoo-ha.

Temporary relief can be understood but the question of what if it backfires still remains. System crash can be dragged/delayed but for how long really, especially if a strong public movement comes into being? Surely the international and national establishment know this all too well that this corrupt filthy system is about to implode and that too in a big way. Maybe this verdict is to buy more time for preps.

They wont let it happen because they will give Pakistan its necessary due.
