doesn't matter. They should do their job. Implementation rests on the executive. SC must give a verdict independent of the sentiments, worries and fear that whether it will be implemented or not.

I had said this before, elections would be postponed. Plenty of eff-ups by Khan since deposition. He wasted time in needless power shows...

Resignations are a flawed strategy.It would amount to nothing.Now, after ECP somersaults in the Supreme court, even by-elections could be legally postponed.The fight will continue in the assemblies as well as on the streets.Presence at both places is required.

1- This is a blatant refusal on mandate set in Pakistan's Constitution to hold elections, after already an existing delay of 13 months

2- The Supreme court had given direct orders on Implementation of Election Mandate


The ECP has been guilty of criminal negligence in failure to organize elections
They instead have wasted time to unnecessarily abuse the most loved party PTI in country of Pakistan


3- The announcement on eve of 23rd March is a disrespect not only to current generation of Pakistani but all Pakistanis and Original Founders of Pakistan

Okay so I was thinking this out,

Currently, this won’t hold in court. What happens if the current CJP dies of a “heart attack”? Will Justice Esa Fraudia also rule this non-constitutional?

Given that the beghairty of the establishment who alsmost certainly did assassinate Liaquat Ali and Fatima Jinnah, is it really beyond them to arrange a heart attack for the current CJP? The next CJ will give full legal cover probably.

Too many ifs and buts here.

But it would be a real situation to contend with post Oct 8.

Faez Isa, for all the constitutional facade that he puts up, will be remembered with Justice Munir in history.
