President is Supreme Commander of armed forces. I know its PM's right to fire COAS but even then president should go ahead and issues a notification of sacking Aasim Munir on basis of illegal appointment as COAS, treachery and becoming part of conspiracy to impose foreign agenda to destabilize Pak. This will create the opportunity within the army to revolt against Aasim Munir.

So if ECP dont proceed on Supreme Court Orders, Can Supreme court order restoration of Punjab and KPK Assemblies with the same members untill the date of actual Elections in October?
There is no way Care Taker setup can stay in Govt for that long.
Assemblies dessolution means Fresh elections..Care taker government is there to transition from old govt to new govt. Not to become the govt.

Appointment of MNAs and MPAs in all Pakistan because we cannot conduct elections?

1- There are malafide intentions and I am sure the court will take that into account
2- The court gave some leeway because of administrative measures such printing of ballots, giving sufficient time to recieve nomination papers, do election campaigns etc. Not for this beghairti.
3- Why stop at 8 Oct then? Is tarah to aglay 5 saal chala lo kaam.

No way this stands in court.

But I am more surprised at the small men in big offices that we have. These bureaucrats, the CEC, the secreatries, yeh sab chotay log...what will history remember them by? As traitors and sellouts? In logon ka apna zameer nhn hota? Don't they look into the eyes of their kids and answer to them? To their wives? To their families? What do they think of them?

If you can't refuse orders then resign. That's what the previous NAB chairman did, and kudos to him.

Currently, this won’t hold in court. What happens if the current CJP dies of a “heart attack”? Will Justice Esa Fraudia also rule this non-constitutional?

Given that the beghairty of the establishment who alsmost certainly did assassinate Liaquat Ali and Fatima Jinnah, is it really beyond them to arrange a heart attack for the current CJP? The next CJ will give full legal cover probably.

They have bought the time to eliminate the Imran at their will as time is now on there side. Either nation stands up for the constitution or dies the slow death.
Never seen so corrupt politicians, tainted officials and corrupt generals together in one country. What India couldn't do it at the battle ground our generals have done it at the golf courses. Shame is not a word for them and they will just run off to other countries if they are cornered. Confront we must for the freedom of our country and our people.
