Bangladesh and PAK are terrible, India is slightly better but must reach 400,000MW by 2020... Also you guys have highest reserves of thorium get those reactors built, and export some to your Pakistani brothers too....

I even don't know Asif Ali Zardari but there were some rumors he murdered Bi Nazir Bhutto. And probably you are in negotiating team that you have found out Iran wants to sell you 10 times more then market price.
Nonetheless USA's destructive role in that deal was an undeniable fact. They bullyed both of India and Pakistan not to buy Iranian Gas and provided financial aids to develop TAPI pipe line instead. huh USA bullyed you mate. They offered India LNG of course with a little bit bully.
Anyways perhaps TAPI will put an end to that pipe line and Baloch people of Iran will be the only beneficial from it. Because canceling of that project will end the pipe line within Iranian soil in Balochistan province.
Can somebody explain me what stage at is TAPI pipeline?

Can we just build a gas terminal on border and just fill Trucks with gas and bring it in to cities (Cylinders) etc get that GAS ROLLING people get that gas rolling

Why do we need to build a god damn long pipeline , just tell Trucks to go fill the gas at the Iran-Pakistan gas terminals

Simple ... low cost solution

We have iranian gas just sitting on our borders people
The trucks can then come and directly delivery the gas to Industrial zones or existing Gas hubs

Well LNG is created for the same purpose. It acts the role of the same trucks.
Pipe lines are created to support electronic power plants, large industrial factories and also used for big cities. Imagine you decide to feed a city like Islamabad with LNG!!! It's impossible and in time pass, you will have great energy crisis. The cities like Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Faisalabad, Rawelpendy, Multan, Gojranwaleh, Haidarabad and Peshawar cannot be well paid by LNG, the same you mentioned as trucks,.

Well I was thinking along the lines if it serves not the all 4 provinces at least it gets Natural Gas deliveries at least all across Baluchistan province by means of Truck deliveries for may be commercial usage

In Pakistan we do have LNG gas stations heavily used (like car petrol stations) so if even 1 province can start using would have been proper to get the ball rolling

Certainly as citizen I demand this deal be urgently completed

With the Truck type approach I was going to suggest may be an iranain company could become a distributor of Gas , in truck at least taking gas to all major gas stations on regular basis

Once the trucks empty they can just drive back to Iran's neartest city for a refil

Honestly don't see why we need to make this big ELEPHANT pipeline just to get gas

Iranian gas is expensive..recently they had to re-negotiate gas deal with Turkey..but Iranians consider Pakistani as inferior so they will not accecpt to renegotiate..and in return we will not complete the pipe line! Qatari gas is cheaper...! Iranians can come up with a competitive bid and until pipe line is not completed they can deliver gas by LNG ship...recently Pakistan floated a tender for supply of LNG and some western companies won the bid..it clearly means the Iranians are not competitive enough...

The empty truck returning doubles the logistic cost..pipe lines are the cheapest...!

Economic releations cannot be one way..Iran also has state backing of smuggling into Pakistan via Sistan-Balochistan border which badly hurting our local manufacturers..in flea markets of Balochistan everything iranian form soap and fertilizer to motor oils can be found...
