Recent spark in the Chinese activities along the Indo-China borders have put Indian Establishment in a fix. Just a few days ago they were claiming to take back GB and AJK from Pakistan, now they are worried about losing their own territories from the Chinese. According to some Indian analysts the Chinese have increased their Land Intrusions by 75% and Air Intrusions by 65% in recent days. Below is a brief account of some Chinese Airbases upgrades facing India.
1)NGARI GUNSA AIRBASE
This Dual purpose airfield is just 90kms from the Indian State of Himachal Pradesh. Recently it has seen some rapid developments since in Military infrastructure.

The Chinese seem to be pretty serious this time around. An Old Sun tzu tactics "
these force build up is akin to parents intimidating the kids to show who is the boss, and also to arm twist them to relent and become more obedient ".!

The biggest problem with all of China's airfields is that they are single runways. With the proliferation of cruise/ballistic missiles, these airfields can be taken out rather easily.

Look at how the Americans took out Iraqi airfields, which were much much larger, and had "multiple" runways then you can see the problem India, Pakistan and China face. None of their airfields are designed for modern high intensity warfare.

Bhai at least they have a runway for aircrafts to take off. The Indian dont even have that facility near the Chinese border, except two airbases .One caters for Pakistan and one for BD as well.

Those Syrian runways had bunkers which could stop missile attack but the Americans simply used bigger bombs to destroy those bunkers. Modern warfare would require air assets to be distributed across multiple airfields so that in case of an enemy attack, if one base is attacked, the others can take counter-measures.

The West has been using these tactics since WW2, just the county i live in has airfields littered all over the place.
