100 Israeli female soldiers enter Masjid al Aqsa

From Wikipedia: "The building was a mosque from 29 May 1453 until 1931. It was then secularized and opened as a museum on 1 February 1935."

So do you recommend that the Al-Aqsa mosque is turned into a museum, and made public to everyone?

You are comparing today with medieval times... are you aware ???

Why don't you give opposite examples too.. let's start with 1st crusader attack.

What about the All Ottoman manuments and mosques raised to ground during Balkan wars... what about not having a single mosque in Atina/Greece still today.

I'm aware some people just wanna look at the incident from only one direction..... you might be one of them.

So you agree that it was not any "storming".
You agree it is a holy place for Jews.
Yet for some unknown reason you consider a calm visit there by Jews as "trolling".

Yet when Arabs play football or make picnics there is not "trolling" I guess.

Yes, no jews..

What muslims do in the boundary of Al aqsa is up to muslims, you have your wall, stick to it

it was done by Mustafa Kemal. till ottoman rule it was used as mosque. isnt Al Asqa Mosque was built on the ruins of Jewish Temple.

No it was not, Jewish temples were destroyed by Romans long before Muslims came along and anything the Jews may have built afterwards was again destroyed by Christians. In fact when Muslims conquered Jerusalem they were the ones that allowed Jews back into the city.

If Turkish Muslims had an issue with Ataturk's decision they would have long reversed it, Turkey has been under Islamic party rule for over a decade.

Both Masjids and Temples are a pretty outdated idea.

Yay, Indians are killing themselves over two sets of superstitions. And two monuments to that superstition.

No wonder India has not progressed when they are in the grip of a Monotheistic and a polytheistic collection of superstitions.

Whether Ram temple will be expanded will be an issue for ages to come.

I also find it that the most tolerant, or tolerant at least when compared to all Muslim countries and other religious countries, it is the Western, irreligious, immoral societies who tolerat differnt faiths the most.

Must be that collective group think organized religions encourage that nurtures primitive tribalism in the guise of subservience to a deity.

Damn you atheist. :P

There was no jewish temple, the area was occupied by the byzantine empire before Muslims conquered it.

There had been no temple or jew pilgrimage for hundreds of years after the Romans destroyed the temple

It was muslims who defeated the byzantines and built Al Aqsa and there it has stood for well over a millenium

Jews will not be allowed to abuse the sanctity of al aqsa

After 1400 years Muslims should see march of Israeli female jews in Masjid Al Aqsa :tsk:
Damn occupiers

This mountain was holy to us 2000 years before Islam. Dont teach u what to do and we wont tell you were to go.

If it was 2000 years ago holy to u, Palestine is holy to us within 1400 years.

Palestine is holy for 1.8 billion Muslims especially cause first Qibla of Muslims Masjed al Aghsa is in there.

Its holy to us 3400 years and its still our Qibla. First and last.

The question is why Muslims should expect respect for their holy places when Muslims through history show
little respect for the holy places of other religions, and it continues today.

While Ataturk indeed was a Muslim, he did not believe that society benefited
from internal religious bickering, so it was decided to partially remove the insult to local
Christians. It would have been even better if it would have been handed back
to the Orthodox Church.

History is irrelevant to day I will not judge a person for what his coreligionist might have done a thousand years ago, over a thousand years ago the Pope sent army after army to kill Muslims so perhaps we should consider the current pope a crusader by your logic?

His reasoning behind it was irrelevant to the fact that brought up Hagia Sophia when it is probably the worst counter example you can think of considering the Turks are treating it with respect. Which orthodox Church? You do realize that when Ataturk turned the mosque into a museum there were so few Christians left over right? Even today more than 90% of Turks are Muslim so it would have made more sense for him to just leave it as mosque but he converted it out of goodwill, goodwill that seems to have flown right over your head.

These same immoral and irreligious societies are also the ones who are internally decaying slowly because they have completely abandoned traditional values that once acted as pillars for their civilization for the past 550 years or so. Now with the rampant degeneracy, materialism and moral decline along with deliberate spread of decadence the West is beginning to feel the corrosion from within. They are now forced to import millions upon millions of third world immigrants from less tolerant societies and this has caused a rapid cultural change which now threatens to change the entire cultural fabric within the Western nations.

Two wrongs don't make one right... But, if you start with a preconceived notion of what i implied and not go with what I just said, then it does get difficult to have conversation - then it is you defending what you said and me defending what I said.... That was neither the intention nor what I inferred.

Nevertheless, I never said 'Jews' trolling... Please appreciate that I did not take any name of any community. God didn't make Jews, Muslims, Christians and Hindus, Humans did, out of our greed of recognition and finding a pivot point.

You can continue with your argument and notions about how an arab doing something justify someone doing that back. i am sure you will find many to speak back in the same currency. not me! Cheers!

You called them "trolls", although everything they did is visiting their holy site in very calm and civilized manner.

This is what I said and I quote 'I will never get, why Israel (at times) does, what it does... Amateur, silly acts!!!'... I said, Israel, not Jews, I was talking about the administration in a light hearted manner and not the people...

But, you sure have your rights to keep your filtering blinkers on and read what you want to read.

I will still repeat, I did not, name or meant to infer a community and that was a light hearted response... I rest my case and don't find it worth either of our time to keep on debating about it.
