Oh please. JI and other Islamic parties may not have won, but they've always had enough power that they can influence policy. Generally, a larger party will try and gain support from JI or JUI-F, so that they can push their agenda with little resistance. This is blaming the usual suspects and diversion from real culprits. Pakistan Muslim parties never won any elections, did not form any government or have ruled Pakistan. ML, PPP and military government of Ayub, Yahya, Zia and Musharraf have ruled the country. We all know the real culprits but are not naming them.
In this case, I'm not even talking about JI, JUI-F and other ilk. I'm talking about hardline right wing parties like ASWJ and JuD, both of whom are pressing for Pakistani involvement in Yemen.
Now, pray tell, who are the real culprits? The military? That can't be true as the military has shown it's own reluctance. The ISI? What does the ISI have to do with Yemen? Who is it? Tell me.
It's used ironically, at least it is supposed to be. The joke is that most of the extremists and terror sympathizers who claim to be Mullahs, blatantly ignore or don't actually know Islamic law, either way they're a joke.what has 'mullahs' got to do with this? seems like a popular way to justify everything wrong in this country!
our mainstream political leadership has their own business and political interests to safeguard. that is why they do what they do. no one cares about what the religious and the secular extremists say..
