There should be some mods who are selected on popular demand.

I don't think so i mean lets just say a member is very popular on PDF in every section but he's also a troll got a lot of -ve ratings bans etc than what

There are many good female posters and I believe we should have a female mod as well.

Generally defence sites don't attract too many female members, but I think there was at least one female mod, she doesn't come to this site anymore. Among the currently active female members from Pakistan; honestly speaking none is a mod material....you need to have the ability to keep yourself somewhat unbiased to be a mod. @Mugwop was made a TTA, and all I see is the blatant abuse of the 'negative rating' thing everyday, she just keep on marking every post she doesn't like with a red cross, it's awefull (though she didn't mark any of my posts with a neg yet). Uh..well...she is free to mark this one.

What does a moderation has to do with gender?
A moderator has to keep aside his bias when moderating the forum.
And as far as guys are concern, a nut will be always be nut and gentlemen would be gentlemen no matter who is in front of him.

If you find something that is against a particular gender, just report it with suitable reasons to get it resolved.
