I was talking about chiriyas(sparrows) havent eaten kabooters yet .have heard they taste bad but mayhe in future i will try them just to see how they taste

They eat Kabooters in Western Rajasthan, India. Better eat Turkey then eating Chiriyas and Kabooters.

There are many good female posters and I believe we should have a female mod as well.

We had a very well respected female moderator in the past. It is unfortunate that she left us a few years back. I think administration can think about promoting some of the senior female members (don't worry i am not referring to your ages) to the post. One thing i can assure you is that it is not about being female or a male but as soon as they standards are met and a post is vacant the administration will surely consider this. @Horus and @WebMaster can explain in detail but i guess i have replied to your original question as well.

Second give power of negative ratting to all female member so that the naughty boys keep their respectful distance.
