What's new

Why the ethnic hate recently?

Hate is a strong word

It's just the usual culprits, a few Afghan ethno-fascists spewing their daily dose of venom against Punjabis.. And now they have been joined by a few Hindustani Muhajirs as well.. Muhajir ethno-fascists hate both, Punjabis and Pashtuns..

PDF management is apparently okay with 24/7 Punjabi bashing by these harami ethno-fascists

.
Jinnah offered the other side of Punjab to join and they declined. What did you want them to do? 🤡

And this Zia stuff is literally just cope. more than half of ur population itself is extremist and praises the taliban. The most hated general is actually Musharraf literally due to the opposite reason you stated.

Secondly, Hamid Gul, Assad Durrani, and Naseerullah Babar Khan were the biggest supporters and architects of the Taliban. All Pashtun. Even today the most common supporters of the Taliban are Pashtuns, ironically even of the TTP!

Yahya Khan the marital law dictator and General Niazi were responsible for the loss of Bangladesh. Ayub Khan from KPK another dictator.

Zia united the country when it was fragmented and then took the war to the soviets in Afghanistan which Pashtuns themselves wanted, and its literally part of the tribal cultures people. He was literally the best one from all of them and his tenure experienced the highest rate of growth.

Taliban, extremism, TTP, violence, losing Bangladesh - all Pasthuns lmao. The security situation they themselves created scares away any FDI or infrastructual development and then they simultaneously complain of no development and oppression. cringe.

There was no reason for Punjab to split. For centuries, Hindus, Sikhs, and Muslims had been living together peacefully and. ironically, the Hindu Punjabi Khatris were some of the most successful community. They owned and ran most of the businesses in Punjab. Their vested interests did not favour division. Just so you know, one of modern day India's largest automaker "Mahindra" was actually a partnership between a Hindu and a Muslim, Jagdish Chandra Mahindra and Malik Ghulam Mohammed.. There were so many other great Hindu entrepreneurs of the soil who had nothing to do with India but we forced them out.

Now many are saying the most hated General is Qamar Javed Bajwa, who will go down in history not only for political blunders disposing both Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan and closing the chapter of Kashmir, but also as one of the architects of Pakistan's economic collapse. However, I still have Zia ul Haq at top of the list and let me explain. You yourself admitted that half of Pakistan's population is extremist and they love Taliban. Well there is your answer. Zia ul Haq's islamic nationalism destroyed not the generation of that time but also the generation of today. It has been three decades and we are still the same. Doesn't matter what role Hamid Gul or Babar played, The head of the serpent was Zia ul Haq. What is sad is the fact that the Saudis who financed the mujaheddins and opened madrassas are now looking like a normal society with women getting rights and policies moving from religion centric policies to economic policies and we are still the same.... Regarding Musharraf , if he did not have the backing of lotas like Q-League of Punjab, he was going to be a nobody. lol

As far Bangladesh, i'm glad they are not part of us. I mean do you think it made sense geographically and culturally? What does a Bengali have in common with a Pakistani? If religion is the common ground, well then lets add Morocco to the list as well lol. In fact let me put it this way, Punjabis are their own biggest enemy. I have already explained the division of Punjab but also want to put out there that the Punjab of today is the only province of Pakistan which does not recognize its own language officially and no where in other parts of Pakistan you will find Shalwar Kameez being replaced with Kurta Pajama and Saree and obsession with Bollywood.

Why does the army support the most brutal sardars in Balochistan?

Abdul Rehman Khetran was putting kids and women in jails and holding them hostage
You just repeated the question I was answering to. And my answer was why sardars are still a thing in 21st century? Will anyone from the the family of the women and children held hostage and sexually abused will dare kill khetran? Or is their ghairat limited to killing punjabi laborers and chinese engineers?

Karzai was handpicked and came into power after NATO invasion
These collaborators already exist in all such cases. and in fact, encourage the invasions in the first place.

Najeeb didn’t invite Soviets he came into power after Soviet invasion
tomahto, tomayto. It was the comrades who invited the soviets. They were afghan, weren't they?

Tribals like you want to avoid the issue. Instead bringing up diets of punjabis, liberalism in other provinces (which im sure your kind would love to have), and hera mandi (a classic dog whistle for tribals to mock punjabis going back hundreds of years). Let me give you a few slaps now and make you run away from this discussion like I did the last.

The key different between you tribals vs other communities in Pak is the following

1. If terrorism/suicide bombing was widespread in punjab and committed by punjabis we would interospect and call out members of our own community for the greater good of pakistan. Infact every single punjabi member would 150% agree with me here that if it was disproportional we would take extremely strict action against member of our families let alone overall community. You pashtuns/baloch are so tribal that even if your brother goes and murders 1000s you will protect him.

2. Once MQM was doing their wave of crime in the later 2000s most members of the sindhi/mujahir community called them out and favored ranger/army action against terrorist. Actively supporting the army rather than supporting leftist/terrorist forces as is widespread in your regions

3. Most tax revenue is taken from karachi/punjab yet you will never see a ethnocentric punjabi party complaining of their tax funds being wasted in provinces were a mosque is built 1 day then blown up the next. Neither balochistan nor KPK contribute any signicant source of funds/tax revenue to pak yet they have nationalistic ethnocentric parties? for what? o_O

4. Pashtuns/baloch are absolutely unwilling to interospect in their own communities, whether educated/uneducated. whether left wing or right wing. Whether in afghanistan or pakistan...It appears that pashtuns/baloch always blame other ethnic groups for their problems/miseries

5. Punjabis/mujahirs/kashmiris/hazaras/kalash never supported foreign agencies or militaries against their own country. Time and time again whether PTM/TTP/BLA have taken aid and weapons from foreign governments. In afghanistan the situation is such that pashtuns such as Najibullah/Karzai/Ghani went as far as inviting foreign armies such as Soviets/Nato to invade and pillage their countries. Punjabis/Kashmirirs/Sindhis hold a close affinity with groups across the border in India yet they never took aid to engage in terror activities....

I am sorry to say, but the general reputation of pashtuns in afghanistan amongst other ethnic groups (tajik, hazara, etc) is that pashtuns are sell outs and will do anything for money. Their loyalty can be bought for dollars. Please dont lead other pakistani ethnic groups to have the same opinion of pashtuns in pak because my thoughts will become majority thoughts one day if this continues for next 20 years as it has the last 20 years.

Again I am very proud of minority communities in pakistan such as hazara, kashmiri, kalash, and mujahirs who faced literal genocide yet are extremely successful today in the fields of education/business and never conducted terrorism in pak. :pakistan:

Well this thread backfired - lol. All the ethnic hate is reiterated again. Jinnah would cringe in his grave.

In my mind, I am seeing a few issues. One is that there are historical grievances. They are based in fact.

The second thing that I am seeing is that there is an ethnic ideology or identity that pervades all parts of Pakistan, some more than others. Someone brought up re-education camps, but honestly, if there was a functioning state, the schools ought to be doing this job teaching nationalist curriculum and dispelling this ethnic centrist nonsense.

Third, our universities have failed spectacularly. They teach anti-state and ethnic-centrist leftist garbage. And are breeding and recruiting grounds for these scoundrels. Maybe we should ban all politics on university campuses and force them to actually get a proper education. Also, re-vet university professors, make sure they are not teaching this garbage.

Finally, I think having a nationalist party like PTI in govt will help to some extent too. I think there are some structural problems with our republic that need to be fixed. More local body empowered politics, more minority quotas in army maybe, less control of provinces to send or block trade, more equitable distribution of water, etc.

PTI a nationalist party LOL. Most pakistanis only support PTI as there are no other choices. PTI itself is just slightly less corrupt than the others.

Take a simple look at PTI MNA/MPAs who are leftovers from previous regimes.

If a truly clean honest nationalist party/leader appears PTI would easily lose much of its votes…

Lastly there is no ethnic hate here… only love. You need to get it into your head that we as pakistanis have a right to ask why tribals (2% of population) commit 99% of terrorism in pakistan.

It is our right and prerogative as pakistanis/overseas pakistanis to ask such questions. Neither you nor the mods on this forum can control our thinking

Cynically I would be inclined to believe what you say. But all the mud the establishment has on IK is out in the open and it is nothing burgers.

IK is just 1% of PTI and in all honesty has 0 managerial skills. Heres a guy who ran the country for 4 years but now admits it was actually Bajwa calling the shots during his tenure. What stopped him raising his voice then??? Why didnt he fire bajwa or bring to the publics attention? A leader is only as good as his team (IKs quote himself) yet all his team are corrupt leftovers- sheihk rashid, shah mehmood, hafiz sheihk, pervez ilahi, and i can go on and on.

IK is good at giving speeches and motivating people. Could be a good president. But managing a govt as big and complex as pakistans? No

I can partially agree but as you said lack of options.

A silver lining here is that we are so low at this point, that even semi competence will be a breath of fresh air. sure, meanwhile, abs form a better party if you want to.

Where did I ever bring any of those up.

Already on a bad start rat child 🤣

How did Zarb-e-Arb happen? Why didn’t Pakistan go after hideouts in Paktia and Kunar after APS?

2. Once MQM was doing their wave of crime in the later 2000s most members of the sindhi/mujahir community called them out and favored ranger/army action against terrorist. Actively supporting the army rather than supporting leftist/terrorist forces as is widespread in your regions

So then how is TTP not in full control of KPK yet?

3. Most tax revenue is taken from karachi/punjab yet you will never see a ethnocentric punjabi party complaining of their tax funds being wasted in provinces were a mosque is built 1 day then blown up the next. Neither balochistan nor KPK contribute any signicant source of funds/tax revenue to pak yet they have nationalistic ethnocentric parties? for what? o_O

Shabaz Sharif stopped sending wheat to other provinces at one point.

KPK ethnocentric parties haven’t won an election since 2012.

4. Pashtuns/baloch are absolutely unwilling to interospect in their own communities, whether educated/uneducated. whether left wing or right wing. Whether in afghanistan or pakistan...It appears that pashtuns/baloch always blame other ethnic groups for their problems/miseries

The secular ethno nats like we saw in that chimp out in QAU.

Student political groups should be banned.

MQM took aid from RAW and PTM has never took weapons.

In afghanistan the situation is such that pashtuns such as Najibullah/Karzai/Ghani went as far as inviting foreign armies such as Soviets/Nato to invade and pillage their countries.

Najeeb was installed by soviets. Karzai and Ghani were part of the old regime 🥱
I am sorry to say, but the general reputation of pashtuns in afghanistan amongst other ethnic groups (tajik, hazara, etc) is that pashtuns are sell outs and will do anything for money.

I don’t really care about what happens in Afghanistan. My brothers rule with an iron fist there now 😂❤️

Please dont lead other pakistani ethnic groups to have the same opinion of pashtuns in pak because my thoughts will become majority thoughts one day if this continues for next 20 years as it has the last 20 years.

Yes because inviting Javed Akhtar and groveling at his feet by 60% of the population is going to be ignored in place of 15% of the population.

Again I am very proud of minority communities in pakistan such as hazara, kashmiri, kalash, and mujahirs who faced literal genocide yet are extremely successful today in the fields of education/business and never conducted terrorism in pak. :pakistan:

What genocides did Kalash face?

Kashmiris snitched to Indian Army in Kargil.
