Bangladesh has it's own procedures. We accept people from India if they can provide sufficient doccuments of them being from Bangladesh. NID, or Birth Certificate issued by Bangladesh govt.

If India starts shooting at them like Myanmar did, it will be a problem. But it will be more problematic for India as well. As the outcry inside India will be huge. We'll have to decide what to do. So far Bangldesh's position has been consistent. We take those back for whom India can show enough documents. We take 20-30 people back from India per year that way.

SC told the LITIGANTS to negotiate a deal.
