PVN government had already submitted to Supreme court back in the 1990s that if it was proved that there existed a temple, then Government would construct the temple. The ASI has already concluded that there was a temple. Modi could just use that and proceed with constructing the temple. What is he waiting for?

Modi cannot use that since the matter is sub judice and is pending in the Supreme Court.

Dude it was long over due and a good deed by PK government. Bangladesh did the same thing for stranded pakistani. These people are now third generation and has dubious origin. He is the PM and as the PM he cannot and should not create a clash between the Judiciary and the Executive that will weaking people's faith in the system.

As long as the matter is Sub Judice and in the SC, he cannot move any legislation on this matter.

Once the case is settled I am 100% certain he will get the Ram temple built, one way or the other. I have zero doubt about that.
