China has shown that muslims will abandon islam if there is political will. That has already been established and is being practiced even today.

I would rather be a man and ask my leader to convert them to Dharmic religion if they want citizenship, and a whole lot of them WILL convert for citizenship. Their kids will then grow up as Hindus.
