No, I don't think a major eastern movement occurred from IVC further into Hindustan. There were almost certainly major eastern migrations before IVC, but certainly not during or after it.
Ok, prove it. My case is the movement of settlements from west(Iran) to east(India), genes from the same west(Iran,lack today) to east(India), and genetic associations of ASI with IVC, and the general age of ASI and age of the early ICV. With limited resource in hand, matches fine.
