VC complaint on azaan: IG bans loudspeakers between 10 pm and 6 am

Their is no give and take in courts, Azaan on loudspeakers is rightly banned not only that it should be illegal and any mosque violating it must be shut down by district authorities.

Loudspeakers are not part of Islam ,thus can be banned easily.

In other states as well people should approach courts to give similar verdict.
