Maybe not Mossad instructors - but nobody can say if they did or did not have any involvement. But the main point is that Turkish police and SF recieved extensive training in Iseal and took the tactics back home and expanded on them from there. To this day you can still see a lot of police SF use isreali shooting stances and grips.

Even in my unit in the military all of our FIBUA training was Israeli style limited penetration and our instructors openly said that they attended advanced courses in Isreali schools.

Do some research before swinging your handbag around the kitchen.

I trained with Israelis in early 2000s in fort Bragg while you were learning to hold your handbag Israeli style:lol:
Look. Prior learning “Israeli grips and stances” turkish security services had at least 10 years of experience fighting kurds. Turkey is not a Mickey Mouse country that had to train its SF operators from the buttom like Indonesians 20 years ago. So if anything they exchanged ideas and learned from each other but saying “Mossad trained us” is absurd.
Hence, I could assure you Mossad had no involvement with Turkish police spec.ops. I am sure they would train paramilitary operators of your version of CIA but not police. Yamas or mustavirim gave your boys some training and they fall under Shin Bet.

as far as why urban warfare training was conducted in Israel. After the war in Lebanon (1982), where Israelis for the first time encountered resistance in small villages and towns, Israeli command built first urban warfare center. So yes they were pioneers in that field. USMC built its mout in 96 and even then it was inadequate in its size

The first ones to fire a bullet in the Cyprus Peace Operation were the Navy SAK Underwater Commandos that later were renamed and restructured to SAT Underwater Offense.

SAT like their earlier ancestors from the heroic SAK teams continued to complete every objective that was given to them and to contribute in the best way for the security of Turkey both within the borders of the country and also on foreign soil.
