Turkey’s Erdoğan to code computer program: Report - LOCAL

A pro-government Turkish newspaper has reported that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will code a simple computer game or program to encourage young software developers.

Daily Sabah reported on July 6 that Erdoğan “prepared an important plan for Turkey to leap forward in the IT sector.”

i used to follow their articles, but need to be careful . For the people who is not experienced in some topics ,their articles look like science-based , for experienced people it is just a crap.
They pubilsh in multi disciplinary way , so while reading each article, we shouldnt just believe and accept as a scientific article .

We may not consider it as a new technology ,Coach bus uses TV also without a large antenna, mounted on top and revolving to face with satellite, Most probably they had used something inside ; a smaller antenna revolving to face with satellite . So still using the classic satellite broadcasted TV. It may not work good when blocked by a concrete wall because the antenna is small and LNB is weaker.
I thought it was DVB-T which there is a project to change TV broadcasting into terrestrial digital video broadcasting.

Wireless Telecommunication Technologies Research Laboratory (KİTAL) which has been established at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM under the sponsorship of Ministry of Development. KİTAL, which will significantly increase the R&D capabilities of Turkey in the area of wireless telecommunication technologies, provides a laboratory infrastructure for experimenting different aspects of heterogenous networks. It will include equipments for R&D activities of both second and third generation technologies (GSM, UMTS, etc.) and fourth generation technologies (LTE, WiMax, etc.) whose standardization has been going on. KİTAL will also provide infrastructure for R&D of next generation tactical wireless telecommunication technologies towards enabling Network Centric Warfare. KİTAL infrastructure will be available to other organizations to support wireless telecommunication R&D activities in Turkey.

Chinese brand Huawei announced that they developed a 5G technology based on "Polar Codes" published Turkish scientist Erdal Arıkan in 2009. Maybe Aselsan - Turkcell partnership also can work on it for a better quality communication between devices.
