We know that and are grateful for what you did for us, but I was talking about Turkey's relations with them, not Pakistan's. Turkey has many enemies even in the Muslim world and China has none, they are all China's close friends.

KSA, UAE, and their puppets like Egypt and smaller/dependent Arab states in the region are basically running on Washington's dictates.
Then you have Iranian axis, which includes Iraq and Syria, also Hezbollah. Iran is mostly reliant on Russia now, increasingly due to their dependence in Syria and to resist US pressure.
All other Muslim countries are 'free' and hence can make independent policies. Mostly you will see them have warm ties with Turkey.
I don't think Russia will tolerate a Turkic empire.
Russia does not have a say. Their influence is waning day by day. When Pakistan becomes more stable, we will export Islamic renaissance into CAR, who badly desire a return to their traditions. The same happened in Bosnia and Kosova after Communism waned, and also Turkey with AKP.
