Iran is not in Russia's sphere, they were in the past but not anymore. Now Iran and Pakistan are both in China's sphere. For all practical purposes, Iran and Pakistan are more aligned today than they have ever been since 1979.

Turkey has decided to stay out of China's sphere for better or worse. Time will tell if this was a smart or stupid decision.

Do people forget about the hatred that Central Asian countries have for each other. Siding with one of these nations will spite the other. I highly doubt all Central Asian States will pledge allegiance to a single nation unless that nation can offer shit ton of money and the only country capable of doing that is China.
