su 57 isnt really what turkey needs. Its a waste of money.
Join forces with friendly countries and we will have a beast of stealth fighter... It will take some time but it will also give u independence..
Not doing any thing would be wrong thing to do here
no more time for FETO member like you
I think that the SU57 has suffered a lot from misinformation. Who is it that sets the principles of what a 5th Generation or 6th Generation fighter should be? America went down the stealth road, and the Russians went down another. Who is to say who is right but I remember when that amazing looking F117 was shot down over the balkans, And where is it today?
I also remember the story as a child 'the emperors new clothes.'
So every 5th generation program seems to be producing concepts that look pretty much like the Raptor, but the SU57 is different in the sense that it has evolved from a proven fighter jet series.
And using the Indians as examples of not buying it doesn't mean its a bad jet. The Indians buy from whoever gives the best kickbacks. Like buying a Ferrari with a ford engine. Looks good for the public but performance is very poor.
And what is the role for Turkeys next fighter. Who will it be used against? That is the important question. Who does Turkey need to be protected from the most? That is what the selection for the next fighter jet should revolve around.
If so then we could also fine tune our radars to track non turkish F-35 and all other F-35 user who can build radars could do the same and our own Sam's would be able to do so does this mean we would never ever get F-35 because we could build a own F-35 killer sam?The US not wanting a country having both S400 and F35 says a lot. It has a little to do with sanctions on Russia but its mostly to do with being able to find the radar signature of the jets. In other words, you know exactly when your jets take off and land, and then pair them with the readings of the s400 radars. So you can fine tune the radars to be able to track the f35s wether they are yours or not. Now the problem is not Russia getting the information because Russia will only have the radar information from the s400, which is no different from it having the s400 in Syria for example (or any radar within proximity to the jets like on a ship for instance). They cannot get all the flight information from the radar on the F35. But Turkey will have both the flight information and also a radar that has the ability to track the jets if fine tuned with the right information. In other words telling the s400 radar what to look for.
The problem is Turkey being able to track non Turkish F35s....
Washington has repeatedly cautioned Turkey against the purchase of the S-400, warning it might be used to covertly obtain critical information on the F-35, including its detection range, which could then be relayed to Russia.
Well that's the excuse the Yanks are now using:If so then we could also fine tune our radars to track non turkish F-35 and all other F-35 user who can build radars could do the same and our own Sam's would be able to do so does this mean we would never ever get F-35 because we could build a own F-35 killer sam?
