Interesting to see that Cantonese and Hakka people are usually abroad. We have close to some 700,000 Chinese in Japan and many of them (most) are Cantonese speakers, btw. I guess Cantonese people are not averse to going abroad ? Also, aren't most Huaren in South East Asia either Hokkien and Cantonese speakers ?

He is from Ningbo, who knows maybe his ancestor could be some refugee from North China.

There are too many wannabe descendants of the historical figures. :coffee:

I don't think that my ancestors could be related to some famous historical figures.

But my great grandparents were KMT members, and they got strongly promoted by Chiang Kai-Shek because of their Zhejiangnese background.
 
Seems extremely inefficient to go to the restroom with.

There is a reason why almost all asian country has switched to western style clothes, they are just superior.
Not all Asian countries. People in South Asia still have retained their traditional desi clothing.
