most likely it will be the twin engined version providing the ej-200 engine is not powerful enough to fit on a single engined fighter, and the f35 which is a single engined fighter coming in. so it does no make sense to have 2 single engined fighters
That's for the American fighters, so let's say without a/b you lose .8 (just throwing that out there for examples sake) then it would look something like:
F-15 1.7+
F-111 1.7
F-14 1.4
F-16 1.2
F-18 1.0"

The engine that will be used on the TFX will be an improved version of the EJ200,at least 20% in all categories,so lets wait and see.Eurojet engine less powerfull then pw135 but weights less then pw135.
Eurojet EJ200 weights 990kg and has 70cm diameter.
Two EJ200 engines weight as same as one pw135 engine .
