No never said that, the allegations were made but the trial as alleged by his lawyer was not credible.

He also served enough time in Pakistani Jails.

there is something normal in jails ? they are sick and they can do anything in jail because they have no fear of going jail very simple . he was prisoner of death sentence so its means his co prisoner also . you can expect any thing. its been 16 years now man . jo phly h i jail mair sar rahy hai wo aysa hi kary gay bachy

Since you are asking to compare both sides for similar treatment of prisoners, it does not mean we should allow lawlessness to happen even in prisons. Any high value prisoners similar to Ajmal Kasab like Sarabjeet singh should be given maximum security...because they are on media glare.
