Yes that is the major problem. SC should leave sentiments outside of its proceedings. Just follow the law and be truthful to it. Simple as pie.

If he is guilty. he was guilty from day one. I can understand he was given fair chance to prove his case but that should be it.

Asset concealment and tax evasion is different than what people will interpret if you bring Israel and India into this.
There is Eid coming up in the next month or so. People will buy cattle from India Rajastan or medical equipment from Israel.

Keep it simple because people tend to go overboard once they hear the word Israel.

It is not as simple ... Don't you remember Jindal episode ? How much mess it was created when Jindal went Murree with NS ... I am sure he was the only person who went murree as NS guest without Visa but the issue was his country of origin ...

Israel is even worst case we as a country have not accepted it ... As a PM of Pakistan isnt it his moral obligation to follow the stance of Pakistan ... I agree it has no relationship with case in that sense but it is a big political blow ...

On the legal front its implication is simple and straight forward ...

Case of forgery is registered against this family in KSA ...
They have paid for Jeddah factory to Israel whereas previously source of fund was UAE factory (hence again a change in stance) ...
How the payment was done in Israel as it has direct relationship with the flats (Jeddah factory was sold to procure flats, so sources to procure jaddah factory is under ambit of this case) ...

I think you are one of those who are dying to recognize Israel ... So keep this to some other thread I have mentioned some totally valid legal questions on illegal dealings of PM's family with Israel which have direct relationship with flats and this case ...

Iss se ziada aur kia karain ge Justice Khosa? Pehlay wala verdict abhi tak haunt karta hai poori party ko..

Abb tou bass gaaliyaan nikalni reh gaee hain.. lekin uss ke liey Justice Khosa mozun nahi hain.. yahan kisi member ko yeh task dia jaey tou woh unn ka verdict sahi se edit kar sakta hai..
