If this was any average Pakistani in court case the court would have decided already in 2-3 hours based on rules broken

The only reason why we have this abuse of Supreme court and courts / law is that the guy is Super Rich , and Prime Minister and his children are above the law

That's why I say that either this three member bench, OR

my earlier assessment that this is an implementation bench which serves as a judicial commission, verdict of which will be presented to 5 member bench. My assessment is based on the fact that CJ had an option to form a bench constituted without having any members from the earlier bench.. Phir kia hota?

The five member bench will have to sit and decide what points they can deliberate on and what else two judges will have in the final judgement. Justice Khosa and Justice Gulzar may only decide on the issue of disqualification whereas all other decisions are made by three member bench.

I believe Chaudhry Nisar acted mature throughout this case. I think he should stick to saving his political stature.

Hmmm.. Yehi mujhe fikr hai..ke now conclusions have to be different..because of additional material provided by JIT.. Sirf wohi conclusions nahi hosaktay..jo pehlay thay...esp related to criminal offenses...perjury..

Aur kuch tu nahi..tu itna tu kar hi saktay hon ge je Justice Ijazul Ahsan verdict likhein..with additional conclusions, based on JIT report....aur.us par Justice Khosa aur Gulzar sign kardein..aur woh court order ban jaye...even if Advocate and pakora judge dissent with all/any of Justice Ijazul Ahsan's conclusions

Apke khawahishon ke list lambi nahi hoti ja rahi? I'm not sure if a judge in this particular case can observe written replies and arguments. What if two judges give their notes on the basis of written replies and arguments?

I also agree with your judicial commission assessment...but if tht was the case..why it wasnt hinted by the bench today? Tht now it will refer the matter to 5 member bench?

Aur aap ki woh baat bhi theek hai..if verdict includes something against maryam..how will those 2 judges sign it....when they havent gone through JIT report! Atleast officially.. Otherwise..am sure ke poori JIT report parhi tu hogi, unhon ne bhi zuroor

Ex CJ Ch. Iftikhar also said that the first 2 can only change their verdict only if they were proven wrong by the JITs report and because they were not... they cannot not or will not change their verdict.
And adding to that he said that this bench will give a decision and they HAVE to consider DQ of Noora.

@bold is tht even possible legally? Tht judges who havent heard the case personally..give verdict/notes based on written replies and arguments?

Waisy khwahishein tu waqayi bhtt hain..aur Justice Khosa ke additional verdict ki khwahish tu itni strong hai ke agar uske liye disqualification se kam par bhi razo hona paray ( tht is , if pther majority judges still disagree) tab bhi khush hongi

Atleast i am hoping ke itna tu ho hi sakay..ke Justice Ijazul Ahsan verdict likhein..and Justice Khosa and Gulzar sign on it..and that makes, the court order....ye na ho ke Justice Khosa aur Gulzar sirf apnay purany note par hi sign karein
