Lekin contempt of court ki alag se proceedings hui thee... Yahan judges ka issue yeh hai ke woh kehtay hain ke hum dorectly 62/63 nahi laga saktay... SC is not the forum for tht

Justice Khosa didnt say..tht they cant punish anyone... They said tht we can not declare anyone guilty... Punishment tu guilty declare karnay ke baad...next step hota hai... Woh tu keh rahay hain ke hum guilty bhi qarar nahi de saktay...



Tht was contempt of court.... Us par punish kiya tha.... Lekin yahan Justice Khosa khud keh chukay hain... Ke we cant declare anyne guilty under 184-3 ...we can only give declaratio

Tou kisi ko decalare karna ke woh dishonest hai, guilty qarar denay se different hai?

Justice Asif Syed Khosa ne diya tha yeh remarks 62/63 wala . maine ek tv channel pe ticker read kiya tha . ! Janab aj NAB ne or FBR ne jo batain ki hain us k baad tu SC k pass or ziada powers agyein hain q k dono ne koi kaam nae krna or Decision de sakti hai court ! or SC hamesha se new decision deti rahi hai esi waja se porane cases ka hawala dia jata hai ! Yousuf raza gilani me pehle us ko mujrim tehraya phr saza di . esi tarhan se es case pehle nawaz sharif ko property na show kr phr mujrim tehraya jae ga phr saza hu gi !

I think a lot will depend on Naeem bukhari's rebuttal... How effectively he counters arguments given by PM family lawyers..and tht too, based on new docs provided by PTI..i think us ke liye 2 hrs diye hain court ne shayad...i think Danyal Axiz mentioned it somewhere..i saw the ticker on a channel few days ago..,,ke court ne rebuttals ke liye 2 hrs diye hain...also Naeem Bukhari should be able to effectively counter technical arguments given by PM, and attorney general too ... He should be precise, and very well prepared...

Agar Naeem bukhari effectively counter na karsakay, especially technical arguments ko,,,tu bhtt bura hoga... Waisy bhi Naeem Bukhari ko rebuttals ki preparation ke liye bhtt time mil gaya hai... He MUST do well

Waisy rebuttals se pehlay..aur doosri side ke arguments khatam honay ke baad docs submit karaa saktay hain na? 2nd qatari letter bhi tu PTI ke arguments khatam honay ke baad submit hua tha tu court ko ye new PTI docs bhi accept kar lenay chahye... Waisy ye norm tu hai na ...ke rebuttals se pehle new docs submit kara dein...tab hi PTI ne kiye honge ab?

Waisy courts ka koi bharosa nahi...ye kuch bhi karsaktay hain aur ye news docs reject kar dein..kuch bharosa nahi
