Why they did not consider the fact that speaker NA and Election commission did not entertain applications filed on the subject. Where should the aggrieve go?

But think objectively. Courts can't decide on the downloaded documents. I remember Umar Cheema once said, PTI spends so much on Jalsa, if it spends a little on obtaining documents and getting them attested, it will work better than any Jalsa..

No, not decided. SC just said that if the commission is formed, it will be one member commission and will have full powers.

Meaning powers of NAB, FBR, SECP and FIA will be there...

No, it's commission that will have powers to bring attested documents. Because PTI couldn't provide the attested documents.

Suppose if the record is in NAB, court can ask NAB to provide all the documents (that are already verified by relevant authorities), unless fire erupts in NAB record room..
