To be honest, I have no idea what they are doing in Judicial Academy. They were allowed to pick their stuff within 10 days. So they still have time till 20th of July..

What they are doing inside, no one knows. I hope they are following up on MLA requests...

Ye jo kal se tv par news chal rahi hai ke aksar JIT members ne apni families ko pakistan se bahar bhej diya hai..due to continuous security threats and tht establishment didnt give them enough security/ protection..is liye aksar JIT members ne apni families ko abroad bhej diya.. Ye sach hai? Ay info..related to this? Kal hamid Mir ne ye baat kahi thee aur aaj ARY bhi keh raha tha ke 3 JIT members ne apni families ko abroad bhej diya hai.ldue to threats? Is there any truth in this news?

Ek cheez samajh nahi aarahi..why is everyone expecting decision on Monday? Even PTI is saying ke next week...faisla aajayega ya monday ko hi aajayega.. Even lawyers are saying tht

Jab ke monday ko tu arguments honge..as judges said last week..ke sab log tayyari kar ke aayein...arguments ki... Tu abhi tu atleast next week tu hearing hogi... Aur uske baad decision aanay main bhi...na jaanay ke kitnay days..lagein...? Last time 2 months lagay thay.. Ab atleast 1 month tu lag hi sakta hai... Even IK has said ke next week will be last week of NS as PM.. Samajh nahi aarahi ..ke how can decision come next week..or why are they even expecting this?

The time for arguments is over in my opinion. There is no need to summon Nawaz Sharif. This is the judgement of the SC on April 20

On receipt of report of the JIT, the Bench shall pass appropriate orders in exercise of powers under Article 184(3) read with Articles 187 & 190 of the Constitution relating to disqualification of Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Respondent No.1 as a member of Majlis-e- Constitution Petition No. 29 of 2016, Constitution Petition No. 30 of 2016 & Constitution Petition No. 03 of 2017 544 Shoora (Parliament), if necessary. In this regard, it may, if considered necessary or expedient, summon Respondents No.1 (Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif), 7 (Hussain Nawaz) and 8 (Hassan Nawaz) or any of the said Respondents and any other person having any direct or indirect connection with or having knowledge about the matters relevant to these proceedings, to appear before it for being examined. Further, if so justified by law and on the basis of material placed before the Bench, orders may also be passed for filing of a Reference before the Accountability Court against Respondent No.1, the private Respondents and any other person having nexus with the offence.

May be ... but, at the time of submission on 10th July, some replies (from some sources) were still awaited. JIT needs to put these together.

If I remember correctly, JIT had requested to keep the Vol-10 away from public knowledge only till the it is complete. This means that this volume can also become public once it is complete.

You are right, but they have not referred to any pending request in the report. It means this volume will contain extra information which is haunting PMLN..

I hope it will unearth USD 500 million account in Singapore..

I sincerely hope noora gets disqualified and than criminal investigation are launched against him. I dont want that he resigns and that to after making a bloody deal. Enough of these damn NRO. I want to see this whole tabar behind bars.

Nawaz Shareef buhat mazloom ban gaya.. abb qaum ke mazloom bannay ki baari hai..

Correct! ... this is the essence of the work of SC from tomorrow.

Only and only the counter evidence, that refutes the evidence from JIT, will be permissible. No arguments required now.

No.. I think JIt referred in the report in the begining ke hum ne kuch aur govts se bhi MLA ki requests ki theen.. We are awaiting their response... i think KSA ya shayad kis ne..kaha tha ke 10th july tak respond karna..request ko...possible nahi hoga humaray liye.. JIT said..we will still try to get their response... Mera khyal hai..ke jis ka response reh gaya hai..unhein reminders bhej rahay honge..
Ar shayad Switzerland ne tu koi response hi nahi diya tha..
