I am still not sure about how SC can "investigate".

There are different ways SC can take fro investigation. In the past they had ordered Government to investigate or made commissions. Where as there are other ways that remain.

The ICC investigates through interviewing and testimonial.

The High Court of England followed various methods to investigate...

The UK authorities responsible for maintaining public property and land record may choose to voluntarily share Nawaz's property records with Pakistan but they would be violating a ton of privacy laws. They could easily open themselves to a lawsuit by Nawaz and co.

Flats were bought in 93/94 and the evidence of that is available from UK Land Registry (I or anyone can get hold of these official registry documents too). Stamp duty evidence is available too.

1993/94 rules out the kids owing the properties by their own income anyways.

In real world, the party is innocent until proven guilty. Onus is on those who have to prove that the alleged ones have committed. Otherwise, it will be chaos in the justice system where the innocent people will be presumed guilty without evidence until proven innocent [by themselves to prove].

The only way i can see they can be brought into justice if Pakistan have exchange policy with UK for cooperating in the matter of justice system including the dedication to eradicate black money. Only then, the mentioned names in the panama leak are screwed if true.

So be patient especially in the light of brexit which means things are about to change for better for Pakistan, but worse for England given brexit is likely to impact negative the economy of England which will serve as motivational tool for England to compromise for the sake of economy with Pakistan - already doing it with India. Nawaz and Co are answerable for their wealth. Onus is on them to prove that their wealth is from white money.

My dad bought an expensive car in Pak and FBR questioned him for his source of income for the purchase and relevant paperwork. As a law abiding citizen, he submitted all his overseas earnings along with taxes he paid on his salaries of past before retirement and the statements showing wire transfers.

If my father is answerable per law, so is anyone including the Royal Family.
