Let's see, it will be more clear when names of JIT comes out as it's guaranteed that SECP, SBP, FIA and NAB will do whatever in their power and beyond to save N$ - now its three member bench vs State of Pakistan.

It is rather easy to predict what will come out of this investigation. To predict, we have to understand the perspective of these judges regarding evidence gathering.

Due to the legal restrictions in Panama, it is rather extremely difficult, if not impossible, to get the documents authenticated. This means they will not tell our JIT investigators who was the legal owner of offshore companies in 1993. They will not tell us who paid for these companies and through which channels. They will not tell us when were the flats purchased and who was the beneficial owner of the offshore companies when the flats were purchased.

Now the protective of judges as I have understood till now.

Advocate says that it is unconstitutional to ask a defendant to bring an evidence against himself. So there is no chance of asking anyone.. to write a letter to the authorities giving them permission to grant unrestricted access to the record related to these companies.

Pakora agrees with him.

Justice is in limbo..

Similar rule will apply on every question. If in the end, JIT doesn't bring anything, two judges will for sure dismiss the petition citing lack of concrete proofs against shareef family.

Justice may decide in their favor or otherwise. So it all comes down to him.
