Aaj hitu NAB aur FBR ko itni sunayi hai court ne? Ab bhi agar SC ne FBR aur NAB ko involve kar liya..beshak commission ke under hi...tu hogaya kaam.... SC will lose all itscredibility, whatever is left... Kashif Abbasi said ke ...is case main Chairman NAB ko SC farigh kar dey gi..aisa hi lag raha hai....and he was present in the court... Pakora judge today remarked tht chairman NAB nataij bhugatnay ke liye tayyar hojayein.......Aur pata chalay ke ab wohi SC phir NAB aur FBR ko investigate karnay ka keh de..even after what they replied in SC... Agar .zara si bhi in (SC ke judges ) main izzat aur ghairat hogi..tu kabhi bhi SC...NAB aur FBR ko aaj ke baad is case main investigate karnay ka nahi kahay gi..even if NAB, FBR are tasked under a commission

3 - Kafi documents ko PMLN ne challenge kardia hai.. Jin docs pe PTI ne takia kia hua tha woh tou challenged hain..

4 - Qatari khat ko utha ke abhi tak nahi phenka.. uss ko accept karnay ya phenknay se pehlay Qatari ki jiraah honi thi... Abhi situation ye hai ke Qatari Khat has been challenged by PTI while PMLN is counting on it..

5 - Aaj ke remarks se bhi yehi lagta hai ke jo kaam NAB aur FBR ne abb tak nahi kia woh commission karega..

I am not saying that disqualification will not happen, but I think court wants clear proofs. That's why I said in the morning, there is no way NS can save skin under the prevalent laws, the only weakness of our laws is that they provide opportunity of delayed justice..

What I am saying is..tht IF (and only IF) judges really want to punish the culprits tu judges or atleast, if not punsih..atleast give declaration of honesty/dishonesty....then judges can very well give verdict/declaration on the basis of material before the,... Haan agar unhon ne koi bahana bana kar case ko delay karna hai aur apnay upar koi responsibilit nahi leni..tu phir woh commission bana saktay hain..

Most important thing is.. WILL of the judges...what do they want?

Flats ki khareedari ka aik bhi saboot abb tak nahi mila.. na Rehman malik ki report main na kaheen aur se.. Yes, money idhar udhar gaee hai, but woh kahan lagi hai uss ka koi saboot nahi diya gaya..
