Panama bhi ...agar emergency lag gayi tu bilkol ghayb hosakta hai uske ilaawa bhi koi bhi verdict aasakta hai, like election rigging case... you are right ...

Well i don't think there are chances of emergency unless and until some big unexpected (GOD forbid)event occur.
Rest i have left to follow up the case..I am getting feeling that there will be no final verdict out of this bench..Some middle way will be there for both parties..Judges can create any Nazeeriyaa

Direct disqualification tu nahi hogi... In last hearing, Justice khosa already said tht under artcle 184/3 , we cant declare anyone guilty.. We can only give declaration( i think whetehr PM was honest or not) so at max...they will say tht PM was not honest... Then will have to go to ECP for disqualification.. Itna tu Justice khosa keh hi chukay hain...

This seems logical while paving way for all parties..IK can say court say nawaz is corrupt and Nawaz can say court didn't disqualify..Sab khush

Yes.. Justice khosa said ke article 184/3 jis par ye case chal raha hai..us main ye hi hosakta hai..ye trial court nahi hai.. Phir PTI ko ECP jana hoga..if judges declare PM is not honest... We came to know abt this in last hearing... Us se pehlay we were all expecting tht if decision comes against Nawaz Sharif, it will be disqualification..but it wont be possible

Emergency cant be challenged.. He said tht I talked to many legal ppl abt it...but after 10 days, parliament will have to ratify it... (PPP+PML N in majority) so wont be a proble,..... Musharraf's emergency was declared illegal because he was in uniform and it was seen as Martial law... Theres an article through which PM can declare emergency legally

Emergency ko challenge nahi kia jasakta .. Sirf parliament aur senate ke mushtarka ijlaas main uss ke khillaf vote dia jasakta hai khatam karnay ke liey..

Hahaha ...Even if they dis-qualify him nothing will change ...Some one dummy will replace him..IK is just loosing the concentration for next election..No focus on electronic voting..No efforts for overseas voters..No transparency in voters list..Again in next election we will see dharna ..

• What is the rebuttal of PTI and SR?
• Do they have more killer evidence?
• Can the new evidence make all the Shareefs a liar in the court?
• Judges have clearly said that Shareefs have not presented any evidence so far - what is the implication of this?
• Judges have also said that Shareefs lawyers have adopted a very risk approach - what is the meaning of this
• Aitazaz Ahsen has said that Qatari letter is an impermissible paper in the court of law - if judges look at it the same way then the whole case of Shareefs will collapse because it will automatically mean that the money belonged to NS and since there is no evidence where it came from, it has to be from embezzlement of public funds, corruption and taking commissions?
• Tax evasion is another issue that has come during the hearing.

I agree with alll the points...but from what I understand is....tht is not a trial court..so tax evasion or whatever... Judges wont give any direct verdict on this... I agree tht PTI can bring more killer evidence but since this is 184/3 case...then even if Sharifs are proven liars..judges will say tht they have been proven liars, and havent given any money trail and their letter was fake..at max... Then PTI will have to go to ECP...this is what i understand, from what Justice Khosa remarked... .. But am not sure

Maryam par remarks tu baad main aayein ge..i think ziada remarks Mian sb par aayeinge... Abyways...as this is his third term as PM..so unless and until he becomes President in next elections..he cant become PM again, as far as i know..

I think focus should be on Maryam more.. Maryam bibi ziada khatarnak hai... Uska political career shuru honay se pehle hi khatam hona chahye.. Mian S. Tu almost apni innings khel chukay.. Maryam was the main culprit behind dawn leaks too.. She is very vindictive ...
