He's lying. The Court has already made it known there are legal grounds but as on 20th April, there was not enough evidence to disqualify Nawaz Sharif based on 62/63. Two judges out of three have already disqualified him based on 62/63 so for the rest to now say there's are not enough legal grounds would be contradictory. The Supreme Court doesn't work that way.

Cheema obviously knows more law than Justice Gulzar and Justice Khosa - or maybe he's eluding to the realities and doctrines of necessity type ones

It's a hard one for current bench to go in absolute favour of Nawaz; knowing two senior most and future CJP's stance and clearest of clear verdict.

They have to give all benefits of doubts (plausible and others) to give Nawaz a lifeline.
