Cheema obviously knows more law than Justice Gulzar and Justice Khosa - or maybe he's eluding to the realities and doctrines of necessity type ones
It's a hard one for current bench to go in absolute favour of Nawaz; knowing two senior most and future CJP's stance and clearest of clear verdict.
They have to give all benefits of doubts (plausible and others) to give Nawaz a lifeline.

Supreme court will have to give crystal clear and time bound directions to ECP to disqualify. Let's see what these judges deliver in judgement. They can delay all they want but they will pay for it eventually.
As for judicial perspective, SC has disqualified many MNAs/MPAs for smaller issues so precedent is one thing to consider too.
