Logically...if JIT fails to bring any thing substantial..or Sharifs fail to present anything in their defense....it should go against the sharifs...tht they couldnt provide money trail..despite being given another chance...unless one is an advocate for the shareefs, this is the only logical conclusion, tht I said

The proposal was sent and discussed by many parties to utilize the best of the modern world but sadly lack of conviction lead them astray. Plans included
1) Power generation farms(solar and wind) in Baluchistan
2) Coal and offshore power plants in Sindh
3) A couple of nuclear power plants are also necessary in Punjab specially southern Punjab.
4) Natural Dams in Gilgit Baltistan

There is a lot of potential but sadly just a lack of conviction as this moment in time which by hook or crook will change in the future inshallah.

My biggest concern is that our politicians are now investing in power solutions which is counter productive and prone to impartial conduct. Pakistan needs to reserve its main power sources for its industry and provide rural areas with cheaper and more environmental friendly solutions.

Sharif family lawyers split over decision to file review in Panama case

ISLAMABAD: Top legal brains representing the Sharif family are in a “to be or not to be” situation on the issue of filing a review petition in the Supreme Court against its orders in Panama case.

Some of them are advising Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif not to go for filing the review but others are of the view that a review petition should be filed. An informed aide of Prime Minister Office said on Monday, “All aspects of the judgment have been analysed threadbare.

The Sharif family will face the JIT and there is a determination to come out clean. There is a resolve to produce evidence and witnesses to clear their name. This they feel will clear the name of the family [members].

The Sharif family is upset because they think that the attitude of one of the judges with them remained harsh, revealed one of the ruling party’s legal advisers who also met the prime minister this week.

Joke aside, till yesterday I was thinking it was impossible to prepare a money trail with so many parties involved, lekin agar sab ko khareed lia jaey tou yeh kaam bhi hosakta hai.. Sending Bank, Receiving Bank, Clearing houses etc..

Balkay yeh hosakta hai, ke MCB sending transactions ki detail de, SBP usay endorse karay, Qatari National Bank (QNB) receiving transaction ki detail de, aur Qatari government uss ko attest karday.. clearing houses ke paas janay ki zaroorat hi nahi..

میں ان خیالوں میں اتنا مگن تھا کہ احساس ہی نہیں ہوا کہ کب محل کے دروازے سے ٹکرا چکا ہو. گیٹ پر موجود چوکیدار (کیپٹن صفدر) سے خاصی شناسائی ہوگئی ہے اس لئے شناختی کارڈ وغیرہ کی تکلف سے گزرنا نہیں پڑا.

اندر جاتے ہی حسن اور مریم کی تلاش شروع کی کیونکہ دونوں کو یہ گفٹس چھپ کر دینا ہوتے ہیں. اسکی کئی وجوہات ہیں ایک تو مجھے دکھاوا نہیں پسند اور دوسرا یہ کہ حٌسین پر ایک وقت میں پانچ کلو مٹھائی اور مریم پر چورن کی کھانے پر پابندی ہے کیونکہ محل میں کچھ بڑوں کا خیال ہے کہ حٌسین میٹھا کھا کھا کے اتنا پھول گیا کہ خطرہ ہے کہ کسی دن اسکی پیٹ میں ہوا ہیلیم گیس بن کر اٌسے غبارے کیطرح اٌڑا نا لے. مریم کو بیٹھا کر بار بار سمجھایا گیا کہ وہ اب بچی نہیں رہی بلکہ بڑے بڑے بچوں کی ماں بن گئی ہے.

جیسے ہی میں محل کے باغ میں داخل ہوا بڑا عجیب منظر دیکھا. حٌسین بنیان اود دھوتی پہنے نہایت "برق رفتاری" سے باغ کے چکر کاٹ رہے تھے. باغ کے بیچ میں موجود نجم سیٹھی ہنس ہنس کر اور تالیاں بجا بجا کو حوصلہ افزائی دے رہے تھے

نجم سیٹھی کے ساتھ چھوٹا منیب ؛ حسن نواز ؛ عطاالحق قاسمی میز کے گرد بیٹھے ہوئے جی آئی ٹی کیلئے منصوبہ بندی کر رہے تھے.
حٌسین نواز نے مجھے دیکھا تو سیدھے میرے طرف لپکے اور اپنی راشن لیکر جھاڑیوں میں گھس گئے.

مریم نواز کو میری امد کی خبر مل گئی تھی وہ بھی اپنا چورن اور میک آپ لینے پہنچ گئی چورن چھینتے ہوئے کہنے لگی"میک آپ کا ڈبہ چوکیدار کو دے دینا وہ میرے گھر پہنچا دے گا"۔

کونسے گھر میں نے سوچا پھر خود کو تسلی دی یہ تیری پہنچ سے دور کی باتیں ہیں جو اتنے بڑے جج نہیں سمجھ سکے تو کیسے سمجھے گا.
حسن نواز نجم سیٹھی اور قاسمی صاحب کو قائل کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہوئے کہنے لگا" ہم پر دس ارب کی کرپشن کا الزام ہے اب آگر اٌس میں سے دو صفر دائیں سے بائیں طرف ہٹا دے تو معاملہ کروڑوں میں آجائے گا. کروڑوں کی کرپشن آجکل تھانیدار بھی کر لیتا ہے. رہی بات دو یا تین صفروں کی تو یہ بات ساری دنیا جانتی ہے کہ صفر کا مطلب کچھ نہیں ہوتا".

نجم سیٹھی یہ دلیل سٌن گرتے گرتے بچے اور عطالحق قاسمی صاحب نے تو باقاعدہ حسن کو گلے لگا لیا. اسی اثنا میں نواز شریف اور عرفان صدیقی صاحب نمودار ہوئے. میرا سر خود بخود احتراماً جھکنے لگا. عرفان صدیقی دونوں ہاتھوں میں گرم سری پائیوں کا برتن لئے آ رہا تھا.

نواز شریف آتے ہی کہنے لگے" جب سے عدالتیں فیصلے کی "سمجھ" آئی ہے پائیوں میں وہ مزا نہیں رہا". نواز کے لہجے میں بلا کا درد تھا مجھے ایسا لگا کہ یہ زمین پھٹ جائے گی اور آسمان ٹوٹ کر گر جائے گا. امیرلنونیوں کا چہرا غم کا تصویر بنا ہوا تھا.

نجم سیٹھی نے نواز کو حوصلہ دیتے ہوئے فرمایا" میاں صاحب معاملہ حل ہو گیا ہے تمہارے برخوردار نے تو معاملہ ہی سارا "صفر" کر دیا ہے میری طرف سے مبارک ہو. اگلی حکومت بھی تمہاری".

نواز کے انکھوں سے آنسو کی لڑیاں اسکی موٹے گالوں پر سیدھے لائن میں بہنے لگی. یقیناً یہ خوشی کے آنسو تھے.
مجھے احساس ہوا کہ گرم پانی کا چشمہ میرے انکھوں سے بھی جاری ہو چکا ہے.

اچانک جھاڑیوں سے حٌسین نواز کی ڈکارنے کی اواز آئی اور نواز شریف غصہ سے چھنگاڑے " کون بدبخت مٹھائی لایا ہے میرے کنگ فو پانڈے کیلئے". اور میں سجدے میں گر گیا پتا نہیں یہ سجدہ شکر تھا یا سجدہ خوف​
