I Think the government needs to start taking proactive measures like firstly shutting down the Airspace (which it should have long ago) and start looking to support the oppressed Kashmiri's via means of guerrilla warfare, and building its own reserves/ volunteers.. India is no soviet union, we should also look into reigniting the fires in Indian Punjab, which Benazir helped extinguished, the Kartarpur corridor initiative is a good place to spearhead this.

Can you give me one good reason why China would welcome a Guerilla war in her doorstep?

India has mobilised already. Created internal rhetoric to capture AJK. Cold start is pretty much indias gameplan

Pakistan has neither mobilised nor prepared the masses for aggression. It will use strategic detterence that is why local sell outs are/will cry atrocities of nuclear warfare

i am only saying China would not like to have an Afghanistan on her border specially with Uhigur and South China Sea problems.

I just told you about my pov regarding the efforts put in by Indian government in last six years on diplomatic and economic front.
