I am afraid we will have to wait at least for 2 years for that. Typically national health surveys are carried out only once in 2-3 years so there is a data gap.

I don't know who is more poor all i know is that some of my countrymen are poor and unless all of them get basic necessities of life i don't want to compare it with anyone.
