What's new

Pakistan Army high altitude Mountain rescue operation under way.

. . .
That's why I said under the supervision of army aviation....you kiddos never read my posts before replying me and makes me sad.
I have read your post my friend but you cannot train such people they are just born this rescue needs a very powerful helicopter plus it needs a very or (most) experienced pilot plus it needs a very daring climber and this rescue needs a lot of luck as well. You need a dare devil to get these climbers down alive from a place which is currently under snowfall just check the weather forecast of Naga Parbat. Only some one willing to give his life for these climber will go.

We don't give licence to Italians to climb K2 and Nanga Parbat. They are thugs and steal things from local population.
They are not from Italy one is from France and other from Poland.:enjoy:

Currently the weather is very difficult.. It is snowing heavily and the temperature is lower than -40..

Bro I think you are also over reacting. I agree with him that we should have a civilian rescue service to deal with this situation. I predict that in future, the number of climbers will increase a lot and thus we will need a proper service. Our army is no doubt one of the best in the world but it should focus on its core functionality. We need to reduce burden on them. A good idea will be to start such civilian service under the supervision of army aviation. Their retired pilots can join and train new pilots.

Italians are known as fraudsters, mafia guys and criminals though there are a lot of good people among them too especially the girls ;)
you are commenting from a western mindset, not Pakistani mindset.
GOP has an institution called NDMA which has a fleet of 4 AW139.
I saw only one taking part in rescue operation only once. The helicopters are usually busy transporting VIP here and there and are not available for the purpose they were bought, search and rescue.
NDMA should have been sending their helicopters to rescue these mountaineers.
What you are suggesting is to create another similar institute, spend money, allocate budget.

lolzzz, I think you're just trolling him. All Italians are not like him. I've met a lot of good Italians because I move among their educated elite like academics, scientists, business men and entrepreneurs. Our friend @ValerioAurelius is one the jobless low skilled young people who have nothing better to do then to hate others.

. . .
There were two Italians who also applied.. but the French and Polish guys asked government of Pakistan to not allow thugs as last time they lost some undergarments later found with the thugs..
:rofl::rofl::rofl:
By the way, sports cloths especially for mountaineering are really expensive... so I won't be surprised if they did so... My sunglasses were stolen by a Spanish guy at university of Cambridge... they were quite expensive and I was just a student at that time so it really hurt me.

2 AW 139 are at K2 to pick up polish climbers and bring them to Naga Parbat and they will climb the mountain to rescue these mountaineers while Pakistan Army will try to get them from a higher point because the climbers are stranded higher than a AW 139 can fly.
