Why do you think the OP has only 4 rescuers because they are focusing on keeping the weight of helicopter down as well. This is a situation from where no army in the world would even dare to rescue these Pakistani Army rescuers will try to climb the mountain to get these stranded mountaineers. Even the US rescuers cannot attempt such daring rescue. This is not some thing that they will go and get them. The climbers are stuck above the flying limit of any Helicopter.

If Pakistani Army is able to rescue these climbers it will be a world record because the current high altitude record stands at 7000m and this one is 1000 m above that.

Bro I think you are also over reacting. I agree with him that we should have a civilian rescue service to deal with this situation. I predict that in future, the number of climbers will increase a lot and thus we will need a proper service. Our army is no doubt one of the best in the world but it should focus on its core functionality. We need to reduce burden on them. A good idea will be to start such civilian service under the supervision of army aviation. Their retired pilots can join and train new pilots.

The climbers are stuck just below the summit. You need another climber to get there and climb one of the most dangerous mountain in the world which has already eaten 30 climbers.
