There are two articles from the Second To None magazine that covers the J-10C’s capabilities pretty well. Engine has traditionally been a weakness of Chinese aircraft but Pakistanis pilots who have flown F-16s are impressed with the thrust and responsiveness, which is very telling. That is before you get into stuff like radar/avionics, weapons, and ease of maintenance.

Engine has traditionally been a weakness of Chinese aircraft but Pakistanis pilots who have flown F-16s are impressed with the thrust and responsiveness, which is very telling. That is before you get into stuff like radar/avionics, weapons, and ease of maintenance.

The kick was bigger than the F-16. “There was an unbelievable amount of thrust when I opened up the afterburner for the first time. The J-10C can produce 29,000 lb thrust, which is 10,000 lbs excess thrust than the JF-17 produces, and as much power as two and a half Mirages put together. A single Mirage produces 14,000 lb thrust,” Sqn Ldr Jibran Rashid said. The speed increment was so fast that post-take-off procedures had to be executed in rapid succession to remain with the aircraft. "

Is Zohaob back ?
He is ex PAF and later did aerial photography. But last year there were reports that his camera was snatched by military police and was banned from these activities

The F-16 thrust is also around 29000 lbs. The comparison with the Mirages make sense.

With after burner ws10c can produce 32000 lbs of thrust .. good 10% more than f16c blk 52+

Is this for 23rd March parade... Are we having it this year ???
