For PLAAf it is, same as F-16 as Light Weight for USAF vs F-15 as heavy when first initially inducted. PLAAF still considers J-10 as light weight and will likely to continue as such as long as J-11s or different variants of it are in service.I stopped reading after he referred to the J-10C as "light weight fighter".
