Lol, "nothing to gain"? Hmmm perhaps the UK government not cutting the EFT force down, mothballing the RN's QE class carriers and cutting the army down to 60,000 in the next SDSR (something from all three forces but there is a LOT on the line pending that SDSR)?LOL - This is not a game.
The defence chiefs have nothing to gain from this statement. UK is not going to place many more fighters for the Falklands as it cannot afford to. They are simply saying in their opinion that the Eurofighter is not that qualitatively superior that the few aircraft that the UK could place in those Islands could stop J-10Bs from gaining air-superiority.
