No realistic option exist for paf to counter the rafale purchase.

Realistic would be f16/52 or j10.but in tiny nos.and they are inferior technology

We are not Pakistan, we neither want/accept loan or aid to purchase our military hardware so dnt think your habit applied to all.

I read some where that Dehli would have Iron Dome like system, if this true then Dehli would have to be protected by SAM that can take out any target from the sky.

No Iron dome, but PDV and AAD. An Arrow like system.
